These terms apply to every order placed on this store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, 1-year limited warranty and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by coffeeporta, 123 Homestead Dr, Brent, AL 35034, United States (“coffeeporta”, “we”, “us”).

2. What we sell: open box, never used

We sell the Breville Barista Express espresso machine, model BES870XL (US 120 V), as open box — never used. The box has been opened, but the machine has never been used. It comes complete with every accessory listed under In the box on the product page, in its original Breville box. Specifications on the product page are the manufacturer’s published figures for the model. The full explanation is on our condition page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout. If the machine is priced in error or becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you and offer a full refund; we never charge a different price without asking first.

4. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada only, because the machine is the US 120 V model.

5. Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order appears fraudulent, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.

6. Safe use

The machine is a mains-powered appliance rated for 120 V. Read the Breville instruction manual for model BES870XL before first use, use it only on a 120 V supply, do not modify it, and do not use it with a damaged cord or plug.

7. Warranty

Every machine is covered by our 1-year limited warranty, provided by coffeeporta. Breville’s own manufacturer warranty may not apply to an open-box unit sold by an independent retailer. Our warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, United States.

coffeeporta is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Breville. Breville and Barista Express are trademarks of Breville Pty Ltd and identify the product. The warranty on units we sell is provided by coffeeporta, not by Breville.
